Good lessons, and good warning that "un-evolving" is painful.

I don't think "I can’t convince anybody of anything" is QUITE right. I think it's perfectly possible to convince people of things, but the point is in founder mode you should rarely invest the immense time and energy to do so, because it exacerbates the problem of running out of time and money, and prevents the lateral quickness required to find pockets of people who don't NEED to be convinced, which are higher ROI by default.

LOL nice metaphor.

Reminds me of one of Dave Snowden’s themes over the past couple of years: rewilding. He uses the wolves in the wild vs the range of domesticated dogs as a metaphor for Agile and leadership too.

It’s hilarious how different the two worlds are though: what works as an employee vs what works as a founder.
