wow - great share ... this just gave me a ton of ideas to test. thank you! we're a vertical SaaS business for dental practices (SMB market) and historically 100% inbound. We've tested outbound this month with "ok" results, but this triggers concept could be how we further shrink our ICP market (50k dental practices in ICP) to those we can realistically help today. We have a similar role in a practice that likely predicates our fit. Will test that out!
