It seems like you are measuring progress through the 'gap' rather than the 'gain'. Humans have been building SaaS for less than 30 years. Compared to buildings which is many thousands of years old. We should all be collectively proud how far we have come. It would be far easier to cast stones at big businesses and give into the siren song that Gov must protect small businesses, that life isn't fair, and we have to all cower. Instead, we push, create/read interesting blogs like this, and continue to pave the path for future generations so they can do it even better :)
